Deposit Policy

• All lash appointments require a deposit.
• Your appointment will not be confirmed without paying your deposit.
• Deposits should be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
• Deposits can be made through bank transfer or you would have to come into our store location to pay.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Only transferable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation

• If you would like to cancel, reschedule or make adjustments/changes to your scheduled appointment, no problem. We do, however, require at least 24 hours notice in advance from your scheduled appointment time. These adjustments to your appointment can only be done over the phone (876 899-5709).
• Deposits are non-transferable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
• Deposits are only transferable if you reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance or more from your schedule appointment.

Late Policy

• Being late for your appointment can delay the appointments that follow, especially persons who are on time for their appointment. It is recommended to be on time for your appointment to have your entire service completed.
• Clients are generally given 15 minutes grace period. We will call you after the grace period to confirm if you are still coming for your appointment. If so, you may have to forgo parts of your service to keep within the time allotted for you. This will allow our clients to have access to timely service.
• Only services booked for will be done within the allotted time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment and would not like to forgo the service to keep within the time allotted for you, then this is considered a same day cancellation and your deposit would not be transferable.
